~ 13-Amp.
13-Amp is a major human character in the WarioWare series. She is a self-proclaimed "rapping phenomenon" and serves as the antagonist during 18-Volt's segment in WarioWare Gold's story mode, but she is friends with him in later games. 13-Amp wears a white shirt with dark blue sleeves that match the color of her pants. She wears pink shoes, a wristband, and a cap marked with the number 13. She has emerald eyes, puckered lips, and long silver hair.
While returning home from school, 18-Volt runs into a friend of his named Giocondo, who is desperate because his 13-Amp Nintendo 3DS has been stolen. 18-Volt confronts the girl and the latter, after their brief exchange of words on the song 18 x 13, challenges him to a rap competition: if he wins, Giocondo will get his console back; if he loses instead, he will have to give the girl her video game collection.
18-Volt comes out the winner and 13-Amp, amazed by his skills as a rapper, asks him which high school he goes to so he can organize a rematch. 18-Volt tells her that she is in fourth grade and that she is only 9 years old, leaving her stunned that she was beaten by a child.
13-Amp also appears in the first Ultra League scenario, where she DJs at Joe's nightclub.
