Allen "A.J." Jones is a supporting character in The Fairly OddParents. He is the resident genius in Timmy's class and one of his best friends (along with Chester McBadbat).
He was voiced early by Ibrahim Haneef Muhammad in seasons 1-2, and currently by Gary Leroi Gray for the rest of the series.
Overview[]
A.J. comes from an upper middle class, African American background. He is a straight "A" student in school, a quality both his parents have achieved as well. He is the only student that seems to ever pass tests in Mr. Crocker's class. His secret lab is the greatest lab in Dimmsdale. A.J.'s family is very wealthy, and they live in a big house, which is located near Chester's Trailer.
Like all students, he hates March 15th, the anniversary of Mr. Crocker when torments his students for the worse.
He hates Vicky the Babysitter who tormented him, Timmy and Chester.
Description[]
A.J. is bald, and wears a light blue sweater vest, over a white T-shirt. He also dons gray pants with black shoes. A.J. is at the same height as his close friends, Timmy and Chester. In "It's A Wishful Life", it is shown that if Timmy didn't exist, then A.J. would have a full head of hair.
Personality[]
A.J. is much more intelligent than any other student, and this sometimes causes conflict between him and his peers, as he often flaunts his intelligence to the point of arrogance. Likewise, he is shown to be very proud of his skills. However, despite this trait, A.J. is a loyal friend, as he intentionally holds himself back from his future college to remain in the same school with Timmy and Chester.
Abilities[]
A.J. is in fifth grade and only ten years old and not only does he have the highest I.Q. in his school and his town of Dimmsdale, he frequently invents items which that are futuristic such as a suspended animation tube in one movie. Additionally, he also can make several clones of himself and is apparently an adviser to the government concerning technology issues.

- Despite being a genius, he assumes he is in the future in Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators! until Libby tells him that he never left the present.
- He is not shown much in CGI Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators!, This was mainly because DNA Productions had shut down as the result of the lackluster performance of The Ant Bully before season four of The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius could be produced.
