AWACS Oka Nieba is a minor character in the video game Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War. He is a Yuktobanian air control officer who assisted his country's air force pilots during the Battle of Sudentor.
He was voiced by Paul St. Peter.
Biography[]
Oka Nieba's actions for most of the Circum-Pacific War remain unknown. In December 30, after the leaders of Osea and Yuktobania delivered a message to their soldiers, revealing that they had been duped by the Grey Men into fighting each other and urging them to put their weapons down. Hearing it, Yuktobanian 172nd Fighter-Bomber Squadron decided to assist Osean Razgriz Squadron in defeating the conspirators and headed off to Sudentor, taking Oka Nieba with them as support. During the mission, the AWACS assisted both Osean and Yuktobanian pilots and showed contempt for those of them who chose to continue the war and sided with the Grey Men, noting that they started to bite at each other. He later supported the Razgriz Squadron in their mission to destroy the falling SOLG satellite.

- In fact, Oka Nieba himself tells Oseans that his codename would mean "Sky Eye" in their language.
