AWACS SkyEye is a character from the Ace Combat video game series, serving as a supporting protagonist in Ace Combat 04: Shattered Skies, Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War and Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. He is an air control officer serving in the ISAF, providing support for its air forces.
He was voiced by Neil Howard in the English version of Shattered Skies, Masaki Terasoma in the Japanese version of The Unsung War, and by David Lodge and Jiro Saito in the English and Japanese versions of Skies Unknown respectively.

Shattered Skies[]
SkyEye assisted ISAF pilots during Operation Umbrella, which allowed them to protect Allenfort Air Base from Erusean bombings and let the rest of the ISAF forces retreat to safety. He continued to assist Mobius 1, as well as Omega, Rapier and Halo squadrons on other operations, such as the Crowne Beach landing (Bunker Shot), successful assault on the Stonehenge (Stone Crusher), liberation of San Salvacion (Firefly), and the capture of Erusean capital of Farbanti (Autumn Thunder), the latter happening on his birthday. When renegade Erusean officers activated Megalith, he provided support to Mobius 1 and his Mobius Squadron as they led an assault on it and destroyed it, after which he returned home with them.
The Unsung War[]
When the organization calling itself Free Erusea started its insurgency, Mobius 1 and SkyEye were deployed together to defeat them, and were successful in their mission.
Post-Operation Katina[]
After ISAF disbanded, AWACS SkyEye was reassigned to the IUN-PKF.
Skies Unknown[]
During the second Free Erusea uprising, AWACS SkyEye was once again deployed to provide support to Mobius 1 and other pilots combating the terrorists, and helped them defeat the organization for the second time.

- SkyEye's birthday is September 19.
- Due to Shattered Skies taking place over the course of a year and a week, SkyEye celebrates his birthday twice, during the game's first and second-to-last missions.
- Ace Combat Infinity references the character by featuring an AWACS with the callsign "Sky-Eye". Although the two characters exist in separate continuities, they have a few common traits, such as having the same birthday date.
