Aasim is a supporting character in The Walking Dead: The Final Season by Telltale Games. He is a pragmatic member and survivor at the Ericson Boarding School as well as a hunter for his group.
He is voiced by Ritesh Rajan, who also voiced Ken Carson from Barbie: Dreamhouse Adventures.
History[]
Aasim is first seen when he returns from hunting with Brody and Mitch as Walkers surround the boarding school. He is also saved by one of them by Clementine while picking up bow arrows. Later that evening, Clementine and Alvin Jr. can talk to Aasim who writes in his logbook. As AJ begins to read what's in it, he can either give the book back or continue reading, which will displease Aasim.
The next day, Clementine and AJ can hunt with Louis and Aasim. Clementine can either help Aasim hunt or have fun hitting a Walker with Louis. We see Aasim again the same night when Marlon confronts Clementine. He encourages her to speak out and reveal Marlon's betrayal as well as his murder of Brody. He is, however, shocked by Marlon's death and attends his funeral the next day. He is among the few who continue to blame their former leader for his misdeeds and also votes for Clem and AJ to stay in school.
Later in the episode, all the kids prepare to fight Lilly and her raiders. We then see Aasim arguing with Willy about the trap to be made; while he wants to make a brick bag, Willy wants to bring back a tree trunk to drop on them. Regardless of the trap chosen, an angry Aasim berates Willy for his immaturity, which leads to Willy to strike him in the stomach. In order to take his mind off things, Aasim joins the small group to play truth or dare. He is teased several times by Louis and can either kiss a Walker head or ask Ruby to kiss him and she will slap him. At the end of the game, Aasim goes to see Willy and the two reconcile before working on the chosen trap. During the raider attack, Aasim is kidnapped along with Omar and Louis/Violet.
We see Aasim and the other children again on the Delta ship in "Broken Toys" and he is in the same cell as Omar. If Louis is captured, Aasim tells Clementine that the raiders cut out his tongue because he was talking too much. After a confrontation with Minerva, Clementine frees her friends and Aasim says they find her on dry land. We then see him in a cart pulled by Ruby's horse which goes back to the boarding school. Aasim is seen again at the end of the episode, and it's revealed he and Ruby are dating.
Trivia[]
- Aasim suffered from pyromania before the outbreak and that's the reason he was sent to Ericson boarding school.
