Abe no Seimei is a famous Japanese magician and researcher in history. He appears in Drifters and leads a group of magicians called Octobrist.
Bio[]
Abe no Haruakira, also known as Abe no Seimei, is a legendary Japanese magician who devoted his life to the extermination of the Ends soon after he first appeared in the new world as a Drifter. He now serves as the leader of the Octobrist Organization.
Personality[]
Abe no Haruakira is seen as calm and reasonable, but also ruthless, as he is willing to kill every End in the world. His hatred for Ends is so immense that he'll kill one regardless of their gender or age. Apparently he doesn't have any reason to hate Ends, but he does so just because "it's his duty to destroy all Ends".
