Abra "Abby" Rafaella Stone is a supporting character of the Stephen King multiverse, serving as the deuteragonist of the sequel novel to The Shining, Doctor Sleep, and its 2019 film adaptation.

Biography[]

Abra is a teenage girl who was born with very powerful psychic abilities, like her uncle Danny. Having manifested for the first time on her 5th birthday, Abra's abilities grew to become even greater than Danny's were at his peak, to the point where she was able to create small earthquakes with her mind. She physically meets Dan in her teenage years, though unbeknownst to her, she had been psychically communicating with him since she was an infant.

During the events of Doctor Sleep, Abra became the prime target of Rose the Hat and her group, the True Knot. Working together with her family, Dan and his friends, she is able to defeat the Rose and the rest of the True Knot in a battle of wits and psychic power.
