Admiral DeGill is one of the three overarching protagonists of the 2004 Canadian animated TV series, Atomic Betty. He assigns missions to Atomic Betty, her crew, and sometimes Atomic Roger.

Admiral DeGill has a bit of a sense of duty, as he always assigns the Galactic Guardians missions and takes his job as a Galactic Guardian commander very seriously. However, he also sometimes gives the Galactic Guardians missions while he has a day off (like when he was at the beach being massaged).
