Agent Lexi Honeydew is a character in the Dexter's Laboratory segment, Dial M For Monkey. She has an romantic relationship with Monkey as she asks him for help with her Mindvision, though this has since become non-canon due to Monkey being in a relationship with his former arch-nemesis, Quackor.
She is voiced by Kath Soucie.
Bio[]
Lexi Honeydew is an operative of Global Security under the command of her boss, the Commander as well as the faithful ally of Dexter's secretly super-heroic laboratory specimen, Monkey. Honeydew has a telepathic link with the simian superhero, and can summon him when events threaten the world with chaos. Besides her connection to Monkey, Honeydew is herself a valued operative of Global Security, a skilled fighter who knows how to handle weapons. Lexi Honeydew also began working with The Justice Friends and apparently became friends with Miss Spell. She and Monkey seem to be good friends, perhaps even romantic partners though it has since become non-canon as evidenced in "A Quackor Cartoon", with Monkey discovering that Quackor is female and becomes enamored with her, ending their rivalry altogether.
Appearance[]
Lexi Honeydew is a tall and curvaceous young woman. She has short black hair that is curled on the front and sides, and like most characters on Dexter's Laboratory, she has black eyes with white sclera and always wears both eyeshadow and lipstick.
When not on duty, Lexi wears a variety of casual clothes, but usually wears a long black halter dress with a slit midi skirt. While on duty, she wears a violet-blue jumpsuit.
Personality[]
Lexi Honeydew is a determined, fearless agent of British descent with a no-nonsense attitude while on duty. Despite their different species, it appears that Monkey and Honeydew's relationship is similar to that of two best friends, as both are often seen hanging out with each other when off duty. Monkey is also very protective of her, going as far as sacrificing his own life on occasions to ensure her safety, with Agent Honeydew returning the favor whenever Monkey finds himself in a dangerous situation.
Abilities[]
During her training, Agent Honeydew is a skilled fighter who is proficient in firearms. She also has the ability to contact Monkey via telepathy when he is needed. She also can fly.
