Akakamakiri is one of characters in Ginga Densetsu Weed: Orion and Ginga: The Last Wars. He is the oldest son of Kamakiri. He is brother of Kurokamakiri and Kamajirō.

He is red Irish Wolfhound mix and has orange (sometimes yellow) eyes.

In GDWO, he was brutally angry and violent, and reminds most of his father, but he is softened by Sirius, one of Weed's children.

In GTLW, he is loyal to Sirius & always be here for him no matter what Sirius make choices. He is willing to protect him from anything as a way of repaying his debt even if it means defying the Ohu Army.

Early life

When he was still a puppy, his father beat him, his brothers and their mother. When they were seven months old, their mothers left, without taking any of the boys with her. Soon the brothers escaped from their violent father.

Ginga Densetsu Weed: Orion

After the volcanic eruption, Akakamakiri comes with his brothers and packs to Ōuu. They save Sirius from freezing and take him to their packs.

Later, after the death of Kamajirō and when Akakama left for his own way and his brother Kurokamakiri is associated with Ōu's warriors.

After the final battle, Akakamakiri and Kurokamakiri meet again.

Ginga: The Last Wars

Akakamakiri has stayed in Ōuu together with his brother. When the descendants of Akakabuto attack, he meets Gin and others on the rock with Musashi and Jaguar.

The bears are preparing to attack the dogs. Gin decides to act as a live bait and attacks Monsoon towards Zetsu Tenrō Battōga, but the bear blocks the attack and throws Gin into the ground. Ōu's warriors are attacking Monsoon's rage, ignoring Gin's orders and the huge bear racing part of the set of kits in an instant. He is wounded, but not seriously.

Gin flees into the woods and continues to serve as bait. When the other warriors go to help the lurking Cross, Sunny and Maru, Akakama first speaks to his wounded brother and is then joined by others.

He survives, but is being carried away from a stone-burial prison with many other Ōu warriors. Bears do not hunt dogs right away, but like them in their playfulness and food quarrel.
