Akira Akao is a supporting character in the action manga series Sakamoto Days. A 1st-year assassin at the Japan Clear Creation (JCC), she is also the daughter of the now deceased assassin Rion Akao, who was killed by the infamous assassin Slur, the leader of his group of the same name.
Appearance[]
Akira is a young woman of short size with vibrant blue hair and orange-colored eyes. Her attire typically includes a casual jacket, reflecting a laid-back yet determined personality. Her initial cloth was a dark-colored leather jacket with a white shirt under.
Personality[]
Akira is a compassionate woman driven by a deep well of care for those around. Her kindness and concern lead her to prioritize the well-being of others, even at her own expense, as shown in her relentless pursuit of her missing aunt, which also comes with favorable and favorable outcomes. Her anxieties and naivety make her susceptible to manipulation, often finding herself in precarious situations. Her life choices are deeply influenced by her aunt's legacy as she draws inspiration from her, believing a shared spirit resides within them despite their differences. This connection fuels Akira's independence, making her hesitant to accept help. When faced with challenges, she ponders how Rion would react, as seen in her refusal of bullets from Sakamoto on the plane.
Her protectiveness remains on the surface, exhibiting a violent side when those she cares for are threatened. She becomes ruthless efficiency takes hold, to take the life of her opponents, which seems to be a part of her family history, as revealed by Kanaguri's words about Rion's fate. Yet, upon regaining composure, Akira displays a clear aversion to kill, as shown in her panic during the JCC Transfer Exams Arc, where fear for a captured Sakamoto overrides her usual composure.
