Alan Dunaway, codenamed "Phoenix" is a VSSE agent who was tasked along with his friend Wesley Lambert to take down Giorgio Zotts plan to invade the Artigos island and his will to destroy Lukano.
He serves as one of the two protagonists of Time Crisis 3 along side Wesley.

Time Crisis 3[]
Two VSSE agents Alan Dunaway and Wesley Lambert are dispatch to eliminate the threat from the Zagorian Army led by General Giorgio Zott who has taken control of almost the entire island of Astigos and threatens to launch tactical missiles which would not only be a threat to Lukano, but the surrounding nations also.
At the same time, Alicia Winston, a member of the Lukano Liberation Army is on a mission to rescue her comrades who were taken hostage by the Zagorian Army. The three join to fight and liberate the island of Astigos and it's only a matter of time to get this done.
Fighting their way through various forces of the Zagorias Federation Army, Alan and Wesley eventually confront an old enemy named Wild Dog. Alan question if he ever gonna die as he is introduced to the man cousin, Wild Fang. They engaged in a huge firefight as Alan and Wesley defeats the duo, before heading toward the launcing base to confront one last threat: Giorgio Zotts.
Defeating Giorgio, the two sees the missiles are launched and ready to exit. Alan was notified by Wesley, who pointed out that Giorgio rocket launchers still contain one last rocket in each of them. Alan rolled his way to one as Wesley grabbed the other, the two firing them right at the missiles which lead to them crashing down, exploding the launching base.
Alan exits the falling base with Wesley, as they are welcomed with a warmth hug from Alicia who was glad that the two survived from the explosion.
Appearance[]
Alan wears a green sun glasses, using it like a hairband, he wears white jacket with red stripes and his shoes are red with black lining. His jacket is tagged with the phoneix band of the VSSE organization.
