He is the band manger of Josie And The Pussycats and the boyfriend of Melody Valentine. He was a character from The Josie And The Pussycats TV series.

His personality is somewhat similar to Shaggy Rogers from Scooby-Doo. He was pretty much a coward and share the same voice actor.

He alongside Melody Valentine, Alexandra Cabot and Sebastian were originally apart of the Scooby Doobies in Laff-a-Lympics, but were scrapped due to copyright issues from Arche comics.
