Alexia is the tritagonist of the Netflix Anime series Blood of Zeus.
She is a brave warrior from Themyscira who also served as the grand Archon among her people the Amazons. It is she who discovered the danger of the demons which led her to fight them off. Which is where she meets Heron and gets involved into even more dangerous battles between the masters of the Universe.
She is voiced by Jessica Henwick who also voiced Colleen Wing in the Marvel cinematic universe.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Alexia was born to a young amazon who broke her vow to be with a man she fell deeply in love with, unfortunately that man proved to be very abusive of her and by the time she was born, her mother passed away giving birth. In her first years of her life she had a hard time as neither her nor her father could ever get over her mother's untimely passing, not helped by the fact that he blamed her for it, which made a great strain between them.
Eventually once she was old enough, Alexia traveled to her mother's homeland of Themyscira and meeting her mother's sister Chrysanthemum, vowed to deal with her familial problems by becoming the best warrior in the world. From there she trained most of her life to be the greatest among them, even leveling that up by training with the famous centaur Chiron and by the time she reached 16, she became a great commander and gave herself the title of "Grand Archon" to prove her strength.
Facing the supernatural[]
Though after some fair amount of time just guarding her home or traveling around the world protecting the weak, Alexia soon hears word of a new form of enemy running amok in disguise, and when she takes a look at it herself, she finds them to be shapeshifting monster that were originally humans to which she calls Hades. Upon gagging one demon for answers, she learns that there are millions of them scattered in camps all throughout Greece with disguises that can only be revealed through fire alone,and while she doesn't learn what is their endgame, she does know that their kind is too unstable to roam around the world and soon leads a campaign to kill them.
Personality[]
Alexia is a focused and determined warrior who rarely displays emotion throughout the show, except on a few occasions. Despite this, she has a strong sense of justice, hates to see innocent people being oppressed, and possesses a kind-hearted personality at her core. She can also trust and open up more to people she is close to, such as her fellow Amazonians and Heron.
Appearance[]
Alexia is an athletic 5'8" woman with a thin face, fair skin, hazel/amber eyes, blond eyebrows, and eyelashes. She wears a bronze breastplate, a red cloak with accents, a white fabric skirt under a brown pteruges belt, golden greaves, and brown leather sandals.
Abilities[]
- Peak Human Condition: Alexia is an Amazonian warrior, respected by her comrades as both a leader and a formidable warrior. As a result of her rigorous training over the years, her physical attributes—strength, speed, and agility—are at the peak of human potential and perfection.
- Swordsmanship: Shown to have impeccable mastery, Alexia is brutally skilled in using them, slicing through multiple armed opponents and even demons without any trouble with such great speed and accuracy. For her choice of weapons, a golden Xiphos with a winged-like guard, and a steel-bladed golden-edged Makhaira.
- Master Combatant: Alexia is an extremely and formidable hand-to-hand combatant. She uses her honed reflexes, natural agility, and above-average strength to battle and defeat opponents much larger than herself.
- Master Acrobat: Alexia can instinctively perform impeccably precise acrobatic moves in combat or while escaping a catastrophe. She can even dodge a superhuman individual's blows and sword swings.

- In this adaptation, she is the first known amazon to be trained by Chiron.
