Alice is the main female character in the anime and manga series The Duke of Death and His Maid. She's the childhood friend of the protagonist, Duke, who is also in love with him. Along with his butler, Rob, she went with him when he went to live at his family's villa. She teases him all the time, but the main purpose of this is to give him motivation to seek out a cure of the curse that's plagued him for so many years.
She was voiced by Ayumi Mano in Japanese, and Kristen McGuire in English.
Appearance[]
Alice is a tall, slender, 18 year old woman, with long, flowing, blond hair, pale skin, blue eyes, and very large breasts. She wears black shoes on her feet, a black dress that usually covers her whole body from the bottom of her breasts all the way down, and fish nets on her legs, which are only seen when she shows them deliberately in order to tease Duke.
Personality[]
Alice is very soft spoken and reserved. Even when teasing Duke, she never raises her voice or becomes angry. There's clearly a lot going on in her mind, but she's very difficult to read, especially for the Duke. She fell in love with him when they were children when he comforted her after she was beaten up by another of his friends. In the present day, she basically just serves as his maid, although she's still in love with him. She wishes to help Duke break the curse, and teases him to try and motivate him to seek out a cure for it. She's also shown having a good working relationship with Rob, and she develops a close friendship with Duke's younger sister, Viola.
