Alien Defense Unit, or ADU, are the main protagonists of the LEGO Alien Conquest theme. They are an army formed to protect humanity from an alien invasion.
History[]
When the aliens under the command of Hypaxxus-8 invaded the Earth to steal its inhabitants' brainpower, the ADU jumped into action to protect the planet and humanity. They managed to down one alien ship and take its pilot. They discovered that the alien in question had no brain, and when they tried to interrogate it, ADU Sergeant and Lotta Brix were abducted onto the aliens' mothership, where they learned of the invaders' intentions. Soon after, they both were captured as well, alongside most of ADU's personnel, prompting the ADU Scientist to call for more recruits.
Eventually, ADU managed to repel the alien invasion, prompting Hypaxxus-8, Amset-Ra and the Golden King to hatch a new scheme to conquer Earth, involving dinosaurs.
Overview[]
The ADU is a military unit dedicated to fighting against extraterrestrial threats. Their troopers are clad in blue armor, and their vehicles have a blue color scheme as well. ADU's vehicles include a mobile HQ truck, ATVs, fighter jets and a cross between a jet and a helicopter, all of which have proved to be a good match to the aliens' weapons.
The two highest-ranking ADU members appear to be its sergeant and scientist, as they are frequently seen issuing orders to other members and brieving them on the war.
