Ally and Jess are minor characters from the Disney Channel 2019 TV show, Amphibia. They are two college students and robotic inventors who become allies to Anne Boonchuy and the Plantar family.
Ally is voiced by Melissa Villaseñor and Jess is voiced by Dana Davis.

Biography[]
In "Fixing Frobo", Ally and Jess first appear in a video Polly Plantar watches as she attempts to fix Frobo who had been destroyed by King Andrias before she and her family had escaped to Earth. Polly stays up all night watching the videos and working on the robot, and when she gets to a problem with powering Frobo, calls the duo directly who help her learn what battery to put in place of the two AAs she stole out of the TV remote.
Ally and Jess then advise Polly not to turn Frobo on in a garage and take him to an empty warehouse or open space, but Polly ignores their advice and goes to power on Frobo, leaving the I.T. Gals to go check on Polly.
The I.T. Gals show up at the Boonchuy residence and see Polly falling out of the sky with Frobo after his boosters fail. They, along with Anne, Sprig, and Hop Pop watch Polly and Frobo smash to the ground after Polly successfully restores Frobo's memory drive.
While all of his body is destroyed, Frobo's head stays intact and powered on, still able to communicate with Polly. The I.T. Gals then show up, impressed with Frobo's hard drive still in one piece, and discussed with Polly how to fix him.
