Amelia Roussell is the deuteragonist of the 2017 action-comedy film The Hitman's Bodyguard.
She is portrayed by Élodie Yung, who also Elektra Natchios in the Marvel Cinematic Universe series, Daredevil and The Defenders.
Biography[]
Amelia met Michael at a funeral of one of her clients who died of a heart attack. But then pandemonium unleashed them, in which Amelia fell on top of Michael and then fell in love with him at first sight. They then danced together and spent an evening together.
After a few years of relationship, however, with the death of Michael's arms dealer client, Kurosawa, he believes that Amelia is responsible for this event and they break up. Two years later, however, she must transport Kincaid to The Hague, only to be the victim of a shooting, and so reluctantly does she ask Michael for help that both are not happy to see each other.
After discovering that Kurosawa died only at the hands of Kincaid, Amelia eventually reconciles with Michael after exposing Foucher for using her and recovering her badge, which had been suspended.
Personality[]
Amelia is someone who takes her job very seriously, as she is a professional. She is very serious and outgoing, but also romantic. During missions, she is very alert, decisive and ruthless.
