Amumu, also known as The Sad Mummy is a heroic playable character and champion in League of Legends. He's a mummy cursed to remain alone forever who now wanders the Earth desperately searching for a friend.
Biography[]
Amumu was the prince and later emperor of Shurima before being turned into the undead with no memory of his life beforehand. Legend says that he is a lonely and melancholy soul who might now roam the world that he is in search of a friend, having failed this repeatedly due to an ancient curse to remain alone forever due causing him to kill anything he touches. Those who claim to have seen him describe him as a living corpse with a small stature wrapped from head to toe in creeping green bandages. Amumu has inspired myths, songs, and folklore which have all been passed down from generation to generation—one of which being that it is impossible to separate truth from fiction.
