Anastasia, also known as the White Queen and Ana, formerly known as Red Queen, is the secondary antagonist turned anti-heroine in the ABC spin-off Once Upon a Time in Wonderland. She is the co-ruler of Wonderland, the wife and true love of Will Scarlet, and a former ally to Jafar.
After the events of "Home," Anastasia reforms and becomes a benevolent ruler of Wonderland, alongside her husband, Will.

Somehow, Will takes a different path that separated him from Anastasia.
After Fourth Curse[]
Anastasia and Will are finally reunited and end up getting married. Together, the two rule Wonderland as the White Queen and the White King.

- Witchcraft: Anastasia is one of the most powerful sorceresses in all the realms, after being tutored by Cora Mills, the Queen of Hearts.
- Magical Immobilization: Anastasia has the magical ability to immobilize any person and/or object.
- Phytokinesis: The Red Queen came the ability to controlling manipulate plant life.
- Pyrokinesis: Anastasia can create or control fire, which was one of the skills she first learned from Cora.
- Telekinesis: Anastasia can move people and objects with her mind. She used this power against Cyrus and made it look as though she apparently threw him into the Boiling Sea. However, Cyrus survived because Jafar had the magic carpet stop his fall so Cyrus was taken prisoner.
- Transformation: Anastasia has the ability to turn objects into different ones.

Without using her magic, it is shown that Anastasia is strategic, cunning and a skilled swordswoman.

- Cora stated that Anastasia reminds her of herself and is everything she could have hoped for in a daughter, referring to her broken relationship with her daughters, Regina and Zelena. Additionally Anastasia clings on to the Queen of Hearts due to her own damaged relationship with her abusive mother.
- Emma Rigby auditioned for the role of Alice before being cast as the Red Queen.
- Despite previous claims that Anastasia and Cinderella were step-sisters, the sixth season disproves the two are not related when Ashley's sisters, Clorinda and Tisbe. Instead, Anastasia has a stepsister whose story is nearly identical to Ella's.
