Anby Demara, also known as Silver Soldier 0, is one of the major protagonists of the 2024 video game, Zenless Zone Zero. Currently, she's a member of the Cunning Hares and the now-defunct former captain of the Silver Squad.
She is voiced by Kom Bo-na in Korean, Tanezaki Atsumi in Japanese, Sam Slade in English, and Yanning in Chinese. Tanezaki Atsumi is the voice of Anya Forger from Spy x Family, Sayuri Hanayori from Seraph of the End: The Origin of Fate, Rio Futaba from Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai, Mujika from The Promised Neverland, Juno from Beastars, Emporio Alniño from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, Sajuna Inui from My Dress-up Darling, and Frieren from Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. Sam Slade is only voiced as Topaz from Honkai: Star Rail.

Silver Squad Captain[]
Anby Demara, known as Soldier 0, was the captain of the Silver Squad of the Defense Force: Obsidian Division before the fall of the Old Capital. The squad that she led consists of replicas, including her, with Anby considered the best among them. All those replicas treat each other like siblings or their sisters.
The Fall of the Old Capital[]
The Defense Force tried to keep only one replica among them, due to their financial issues with human genetic cloning. Anby purposely failed her tests to convince the Defense Force that they're all useless; however, a day later, the Defense Force decided to conceive the members of the Silver Squad to keep Anby as the only replica. Harin, one of the replicas and Anby's "sisters," should have led the operation that the Defense Force assigned, but she got injured during training, and Anby substituted her.
Recruited at The Gentle House[]
During the mission, no replica completed the mission alive, except for Anby, who managed to survive after witnessing her sisters' death. After her return to the headquarters, the superiors ordered Anby to kill Harin/Soldier 11 for the sake of keeping only a single replica. Anby slits her own throat instead of murdering Soldier 11; as a result, The Defense Force kept Soldier 11 as the surviving replica and disposed of Anby's body at the ruins of the Old Capital. Whilst Anby survived, Nicole Demara found her and recruited Anby to be a member of the Gentle House, a.k.a. the Cunning Hares. Anby was given a surname by Nicole and adopted as her sister. Her memories of her being Soldier 0 are caged by her temporary amnesia.
Appearance[]
Anby is a young woman that stands at 5'1". She has yellow eyes and silver hair. She wears a black skirt, fingerless gloves, black sleeves with green arm protection, a white vest underneath green and black top armor as a green jacket, yellow and black headphones, black and white shoes with green shoe covers, black socks, and black leg straps.
Her Silver Squad outfit consists of a white and black dress and long black boots. On her chest is a tufted ribbon. She also has black arm braces, an orange scarf, and a black headband with a gold star on the front.
Personality[]
Anby is a calm, collected, and quiet individual who is also unusually competent in combat. She is also mysterious, as she does not talk about her past. She has a love for watching movies and eating burgers, but due to a lack of common sense, she often believes them to be real and follows their examples. She is working with Cunning Hares; she is a co-worker teamed up along with Belle and Wise as Proxy.
