Andie is the deuteragonist of The Nut Job, a major character of The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature. She is Surly's love interest and later girlfriend.
She is voiced by Katherine Heigl. In the Japanese dub from the movie, she is voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro.

Appearance
Andie is a red squirrel with cream fur on her torso and cheeks, red-orange marks around her eyes, a V-shaped tuft of cream fur on her chest, rose pink eyeshadow, and peridot green eyes and brown slippers.
Personality
Andie is a very responsible squirrel that the animals have counted on.
She is kind, loving, caring, intelligent, witty, heroic and compassionate.
Biography
The Nut Job
With a loving heart, radiating warmth and nurturing disposition, it's no doubt that the animals of the park look up to Andie and believe in her except Surly.
Basically, she's the mother hen of the group. The amount she puts into her work is admirable. Whether it's helping other animals, solving riddles or lending a helping paw, Andie is becoming a workoholic.
Even though she serves the powerful crime lord Raccoon, all she wants is for everyone to get along.
Andie must choose between two paths which will either put her in severe danger or lead this courageous red squirrel to be in charge of the park she's already "nuts about."
Later in the series, she learns about Raccoon's evil plot and helps Surly stop him. When she found him unconscious, she felt sad, not being able to tell him that she's sorry for her misunderstanding of him. When Surly woke up, she hugs him and Surly hugs her back.
The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature
Andie now is Surly's girlfriend and second-in-command of the Park.
