Andrea Davenport is a major character in The Ghost and Molly McGee.
She was voiced by Jules Medcraft.
Biography[]
When Molly first arrived in Brighton and started attending Brighton Middle School, Andrea introduces herself and offers to be friends with her. However, Molly make the slip up of mispronouncing her name which is something she does not like. Even after making it clear how it is pronounced, Molly still screws it up, infuriating Andrea into sabotaging Molly's attempts to make friends up until Scratch scares her unconscious and possesses her into restoring not only Molly's rep but also Libby's while also making it where the other students start pronouncing her name wrong.
After that, she becomes less hostile toward Molly with her actions being more out of her own ego rather than malice, such as when she offers to make a movie with Molly only to get too controlling. That said, she is shown to have good intentions for some of her actions such as when Brighton Middle School does a charity sale, Andrea manages to sell enough nougat (to herself) to allow the school to purchase a new marquee, something which gets Molly to realize that Andrea isn't a bad person and even realize the struggles that Andrea suffers (such as parental neglect).
When Andrea finds out that Molly lost her home, she gets a hold of Libby and together, they manage to band the town together to buy back the McGee household for them as appreciation for everything the family did for them. Andrea also goes so far as to declare Molly her best friend.
