Angewomon is the Ultimate form of Gatomon. Her known attacks are Holy Arrow, which she shoots from a hand turned into a running gun, Saint Air, which she gives power to other Digimons, and Heaven's Charm, which she shoots from her hands.
In the English version, she is voiced by Edie Mirman in Digimon Adventure, in Digimon Adventure tri./Last Evolution Kizuna, she is voiced by Kate Higgins and currently Erin Yvette in Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning.
In Japanese version, she is voiced by Yuka Tokumitsu.
History[]
Digimon Adventure[]
When Wizardmon sacrificed himself to save Kari Kamiya and Gatomon, his sacrifice enabled Gatomon to evolved into Angewomon. After evolution, she confronted Myotismon with other Digimons, and under the leadership of MetalGreymon, she and the other Digimons teamed up and beat Myotismon. She even gave power to Agumon and Gabumon with Angemon so that they could evolve into their Mega form and defeat Myotismon, who had evolved into VenomMyotismon. After the destruction of Myotismon, she also fought with Kari and others against the Dark Masters and Apocalymon, and she and her friends saved the Digital World and the Human World. Before their battle with Piedmon, Angewomon faced off against her rival, LadyDevimon. The two soon end up in a catfight in which the two exchange insults, punches, and kicks.
Angewomon is overpowered by LadyDeviomon, despite having the help of two other Perfect-level Digimon (Atlur Kabuterimon and Andromon) and two Adult-level Digimon (Angemon and and Birdramon), and enjoying a type advantage over Ladydevimon, LadyDevimon. Ladydevimon continues to laugh and mock Angewomon throughout the battle as she dodges Angewomon's Holy Arrows and counters her punches with ease. Angewomon, meanwhile, receives multiple uppercuts, kicks, and body blows from Ladydevimon in melee and struggles to repel LadyDevimon's Darkness Wave at range.
While Angewomon is distracted by LadyDevimon's bats, LadyDevimon sneaks up behind Angewomon, grabs her by her long blonde hair, and begins to spin and toss her around like a rag doll, all the while insulting Angewomon's hairstyle. Alarmed, Kabuterimon evolves into MegaKabuterimon to catch Angewomon as Ladydevimon sends her hurtling uncontrollably through the air. However, Angewomon angrily snaps at MegaKabuterimon for saving her, then shoots off towards Ladydevimon again to initiate a fierce slapping match.
Angewomon is defeated in the catfight after a particularly brutal roundhouse kick from LadyDevimon sends her crashing towards the ground, where her landing creates an impact crater and sends up a giant mushroom cloud of dust. Ladydevimon prepares to finish Angewomon off with her Darkness Spear, as Angewomon stirs feebly, helpless. However, MegaKabuterimon blocks the attack at the last moment with his hard back shell, saving Angewomon and breaking Ladydevimon's nails. However, Angewomon once again scolds MegaKabuterimon and shouts at him to get out of the way. Angewomon then blasts LadyDevimon with Heaven's Charm while LadyDevimon is still distracted and in pain from MegaKabuterimon's interception, defeating her.
Digimon Adventure 02[]
Three years later, while fighting one of the emperors of Digimon to rule over Airdramon in the Dark Ocean, Angewomon was able to digivolve to Angewomon due to an unexpected power boost, letting her save Kari and T.K. and restoring the Divermon to their true forms. Later, after receiving evolution light from Azulongmon, she traveled with Kari, Izzy, and MegaKabuterimon to Hong Kong to collect Digimons that appeared in Asia and return them to the Digital World. And when Daemon and his troops were in the Real World,
During the invasion of Daemon Corp, Angewomon gets into another hair-pulling, slapping catfight with LadyDevimon. The rivals exchange insults and grapple fiercely in the air. LadyDevimon eventually overpowers Angewomon by twisting both of Angewomon's arms painfully against her sides. Finally admitting she can't defeat Ladydevimon on her own, Angewomon is forced to ask for Hawkmon's help to DNA-digivolve into Silphymon to face Ladydevimon again.

Confession[]
During the battle to stop Meicrackmon from triggering the reboot, Gatomon digivolves into Angewomon to help the other partner Digimon who are already engaed in the battle. During the battle, she was forced to defend herself from an infected Angemon who savagely pursues her. Later, she too succumbed to the infection and begins to attack both MetalGreymon and Kabuterimon. Eventually, she managed to fight off the infection long enough so she and her fellow Digimon can enter the Distortion before the reboot occurs.
Coexistence[]
Angewomon appears during the battle to stop the more beserk Meicrackmon along with the other partner Digimon (in their Ultimate level), but was taken down in one hit. As the battles continues inside the Digital World, Alphamon appears to clash as well and the repercussions of his attacks causes her to revert back to Nyaromon.
Future[]
Angewomon briefly appears during the evolution Gatomon evolved into Magnadramon.
Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna[]
When Parrotmon starts to wreak havoc, Angewomon, Angemon MetalGreymon and WereGarurumon fights Parrotmon together in order to send Parrotmon back to the Digital World.
Digimon Crusader[]
Angewomon again faces LadyDevimon in a catfight, this time in the Pink Garden. When LadyDevimon eats the cherry in Angewomon's parfait, Angewomon grows enraged. LadyDevimon's continued taunts eventually provokes Angewomon into lunging at LadyDevimon for another throwdown, and the two yet again end up in a slapping match.
Digimon Re:Arise[]
Angewomon gets into yet another catfight with LadyDevimon over who will get to buy the last piece of cake at Digitamon's famous dessert shop. Lady Devimon defeats Angewomon and rushes ahead to the shop while Angewomon is down. However, the two end up having to team up when a rampaging Darkdramon threatens to destroy the cake shop. Later, the two again jogress into Mastemon to save the Digital World from Lucemon and Millenniummon.
