Arc later named as Arc Lalatoya, is the titular main protagonist of Skeleton Knight in Another World light novel series.
He was voiced by Tomoaki Maeno in Japanese and Brandon Johnson in English.
Biography[]
An unnamed male protagonist falls asleep at his computer playing a Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game, only to find himself in the body of his avatar, "Arc", equipped with its strongest armor and weapon from the game. Unfortunately, Arc's appearance was also changed to that of a special skin the protagonist bought: a full-body skeleton. Deciding to become Arc in this new setting, the protagonist sets off hoping to not draw attention to himself, helping others as he can, while finding if there's a way to undo his mistake of looking like a skeleton beneath his armor.
Abilities[]
Arc is so overpowered that few can damage him, starting the story stomping on bandits like he's playing hop-scotch, no-sells a massive log trap to the face, takes down a country killing basilisk single-handedly while escorting a little girl collecting medicinal herbs for her mother, and tells the mother they didn't face anything "dangerous" other than a wild pig.

Trivia[]
- Arc's internal voice is his actual one even in his new world. However, he puts on a macho knightly voice to sound heroic.
- He is indeed cursed in the new world, but his own Dispel Curse can only work temporarily on it. Hence why he needs to visit the elven spring to break the curse.
- Its unknown at the time if Arc retains his old face from Earth.
- He still needs to eat food to survive; his curse seems to have not eliminated his flesh, but rather shifted it to another plane of existence.
- A running gag os Ariane would attack him whenever Arc isn't in his armor; she despies rhe undead.
- Arc works as a Mercenary, which seems to be the new world version of adventurers.
