Ashikaga Takauji is one of the overarching protagonists of the 2021 Roblox Horror Game The Mimic. He serves as the deuteragonist of "Jealousy's Book"
He is a samurai who fought The Four Beasts alongside Kusonoki Masashige, and he also guides Isamu Uchiumi in defeating Enzukai in "Jealousy's Book".
He is voiced by an unknown user.
Appearance[]
Ashikaga is a tall figure in a skeleton of a man wearing samurai armor with glowing white eyes. His samurai armor is dark blue and also has a white and black emblem on his shoulders and on his palms. He wears a black hakama on his waist along with a white waist sash.
His appearance as a human is unknown and hasn't been revealed.
Personality[]
Ashikaga's personality is similar to Kusonoki,. He helps and guides Isamu throughout his journey and helping him in avoiding and defeating Enzukai and the Kiiroibara Cult. He also helps him when he is not in a proper mind and also makes him feel better.

Ashikaga appears in the Illusory Hallway telling Isamu about the white flame known as "Shiroi Hono" and it's uses and dangers but then gets his neck snapped by Enzukai before giving it to Isamu but he guides Isamu as a spirit throughout the rest of the chapter in defeating Enzukai and the Kiiroibara Cult but does not appear physically after that.

- He shares his name with the real life samurai named after him. The real life samurai's name is "Takauji Ashikaga" , the first name and surname is swapped in-game and the real life samurai's name follows the Western naming. Same goes to Kusonoki Masashige.
