Athena is the (former) supporting antagonist turned tetartagonist of the 2019 Disney Channel Original Movie Kim Possible.
She is Kim Possible's friend.
Athena works as an undercover agent and is the cybertronic humanoid clone that was built by the mad scientist, Dr. Drakken.
She was portrayed by Ciara Riley Wilson.
Athena is a teenage female of average height with a slim yet athletic build with long brown hair with highlights and brown eyes. During the film, she is usually shown to be wearing a purple shirt, a beige t-shirt under it, beige sleeves, tight black fingerless gloves with blue cuffs, black pants, a blue utility belt, and black shoes. She also wears a necklace that is around her neck.
Athena first appears (who was a new classmate) when Kim and Ron meet and befriended her, who is revealed to have been having an even worse day than kim. but With Kim's guidance and friendship, Athena then becomes the newest member of Team Possible. Soon however, Athena starts to eclipse Kim just as the nefarious Dr. Drakken and Shego resurface in Middleton with a master plan to finally stop Kim. They take her on a mission to stop the plot of the evil Dr. Drakken. Athena defeats Dr. Drakken's abettor Shego, making her the topic of conversation at Middleton High School.
When the school honored Athena and her good deed, Shego and Dr. Drakken forced their way into the ceremony where Kim then tries to defeat Shego and her army of hench-women but falls to the ground, leaving Athena vulnerable to capture. Athena is then taken away and Kim is laughed at. After Kim talks with her family and Ron, they decided to rescue Athena from Drakken and Shego's lair.
At the lair, Kim realizes that Athena was part of Drakken and Shego's plan to steal Kim's motivational essence and transfer it to Drakken using his brain-modulating device. Athena is revealed to be a gynoid built by Drakken. As Kim short-circuits the transfer machine, Dr. Drakken is turned into a pre-adolescent version of himself. Despite Kim's insistence that she leaves with them and save herself, Athena stays behind to turn off the now-unstable machine. The lair explodes and Athena is presumed killed but it is revealed that she has survived the explosion but her robotic parts are scattered. Kim and Ron take her home to be repaired and programmed to be a hero alongside themselves.
