Audrey and Victor are recurring protagonists of several web animations by Jonathan Gran published on his YouTube channel, @joegran. The two are siblings living with their mother who once discover, to their horror, that their new neighbor is "literally Hitler" and wants to kill them, and try to stop him.
Victor is voiced by Deny Pombo da Sliva while Audrey is voiced by Danielle Kogan.
Biography[]
Naughty[]
Audrey and Victor, unnamed at that point, first appear in this short animation. They are portrayed as two homeless kids who are approached by Santa on the Christmas night. He gives them a present and leaves. The two kids discover that their gift is a piece of coal, supposedly meant for naughty children, but they are content with it, as they use it to keep the fire they were warming themselves with burning.
lost in the supermarket[]
Victor, still unnamed, appears alone in this video, walking through the supermarket and silently singing "Lost in the Supermarket". When an elderly woman asks him if he's lost, he denies it.
Literally Hitler[]
In this animation, Audrey and Victor are called by their names, and are shown living in a house with their mother.
Victor is in bed playing on his console when Audrey comes up and tells him to get dressed, since their new neighbor is coming over. She then (possibly jokingly) suggests that their new neighbor is Adolf Hitler and will try to kill them. When the siblings and their mother finally meet their guest, it turns out that he is, in fact, Hitler, a fact the kids' mother is oblivious to. Audrey and Victor are initially terrified of their guest, but then stand up to him. They tell him off and briefly attack him after he threatens them and their mother, pets, and plants, until their mother interrupts them.
After this, Hitler prepares Spätzle for dinner, which he refers to as "German macaroni and cheese". The siblings express their disgust; the Führer reassures them that they will like it if they eat it seven times. While Victor intends to keep an eye on Hitler, Audrey drags him off, and the two try to tell their mother the truth, but are interrupted by Hitler who calls them for dinner.
As everyone is seated at the dining table, Victor suggests that Hitler wants to kill the family because they are Jewish and has poisoned their food. His mother, embarrassed, demands he to go to his room. As Victor becomes sure they are going to die, his sister tries to reassure him that they'll be okay, to which he replies that only one of them may be okay in the end. Victor then goes downstairs alone, tries Hitler's cooking, and falls unconscious, as it was indeed poisoned, which makes his mother realize that her son was right. Audrey calls an ambulance, which carries Victor and their mother to the hospital, while Audrey pursues Hitler when she notices him escaping.
Audrey chases the Führer all the way to his house, which turns out to be a cardboard cutout hiding his bunker. She enters it and sees Hitler, who threatens to shoot himself, and then her. The girl then talks to the Nazi, reminding him of how he used to be a great artist and admitting to have followed him and his creations on the Internet, and persuades him into going back to it. Surprisingly, Hitler takes her advice and becomes an artist again.
Later, Victor wakes up in the hospital, and Audrey kisses him in joy. When he asks where Hitler went, his sister ensures him that he is somewhere where he'll never hurt him again, and points at a painting of his on the wall of the room.
Appearance[]
Audrey has orange hair, and her eye irises appear blue in some frames. Indoors, she wears a pink dress, black tights and pink slippers. Outdoors, she wears pink headphones, a yellow jacket, a pink skirt, black pants and pink boots, along with pink gloves.
Victor has green hair and red eyes. Both indoors and outdoors, he wears a long-sleeved blue shirt, dark blue pants and black boots.
Personality[]
“ | Audrey: As long as we don't get separated, we'll... be okay. Right? Victor: Audrey... I think if we are lucky, one of us will be okay. |

Audrey is open-minded and somewhat happy-go-lucky, friendly towards people as long as they don't attack her or her loved ones, but can express kindness even towards those who do. This can be seen when she not only worries about her brother's fate despite arguing with him earlier, but risks her own life when confronting Hitler, even managing to convince him to renounce his evil ways not by threatening him into submission, but by giving him reassurance.
Victor, meanwhile, is often moody and even pessimistic, outright stating nobody would ever love him at one point, making him his sister's near polar opposite. Nevertheless, he cares for his family just as much as they do for him, and was ready to sacrifice his life to save them from Hitler.
Trivia[]
- Audrey and Victor, as well as their mother, are Jewish, as revealed in Literally Hitler.
- They are shown to have a pet cat, but Adolf Hitler's threat to them suggests that it's not their only pet.
- The intro for the unreleased Audrey and Victor series hints that the siblings and the two homeless kids from the short Naughty are the same characters, yet Audrey and Victor are shown living with their mother. It's possible, however, that they are adopted, or got lost on the Christmas night instead of being homeless.
- They can both swear in unpleasant situations for them.
