Ava Sharpe is one of the main characters of DC's Legends of Tomorrow. She is the twelfth genetically-engineered Advanced Variant Automation clone that Rip Hunter recruited to work for the Time Bureau. She was initially on bad terms with Sara Lance and the Legends, seeing them as threats to the timelines. However, over the course of Season 3, Ava learn to appreciate the Legends' unorthodox methods and started helping them repair the timeline, later developing a romantic relationship with Sara.
In the aftermath of Neron and Heyworld, Ava became a full-time member and cocaptain of the Waverider alongside Sara, who she would eventually marry.
Ava Sharpe is portrayed by Jes Macallan with her young self is portrayed by Vanessa Przada, and her older self is portrayed by Althea McAdam.
