Azur being rescued by Ilke
Azur lived peaceful life underwater, but often wondered how life was above the surface. One day his brother Ezau asked him to join him explore the sunken city Azrantis. Naïvely the norque man trusted his brother and followed him, there they found a beautiful septre, Ezau wasn't able to hold it but Azur could. Bringing it home, the two were exiled until Azur returned it where it came from. On his way back, he was caught in the net belonging to some slave traders. They attempted to take the septre from him but Azur couldn't let it go. Eventually he did let it go, but the heat from the septre set the ship ablaze and the crew and the captured norques fled to another ship. He was brought to the trading city of Emblaz in eastern Aldra. Drying out after days above water, Azur's memory is rather fuzzy before he was to be put out for sale. There Ilke suddenly came to his rescue, exploding his chains with frost, and letting him escape. He escaped into the desert where he eventually met his brother again, all dried out, fully accepting life as a terraquz.
