King Babar is the titular main protagonist of the cartoon book, movie and tv show franchise all of the same name. He is currently king of Celesteville, an African village for Elephant he founded to give his people the same level of comfort as man. Babar has a with named Celeste, whom he named his village after and has three children named Pom, Flora, and Alexander. Babar was taken in by an old lady often simply addressed as Madame and invited her to live in his kingdom as one of it's most honored citizens.
