Babs is a supporting character in Chicken Run and it's spin-off The Rhodes Family. She is a buff orpington chicken who carries blue bangs and wears a pink-beaded double-necklace.
She is voiced by Jane Horrocks.
Personality
Babs is absentminded, overly optimistic and sometimes has difficulty grasping what is being said to her, and is often very detatched from reality, thinking sensory deprivation is a holiday, and that the worst aspect of being made into a pie is that she will be alive and surrounded by gravy, which she apparently dislikes, as she assumed chickens aren't killed to become pie filler, because box art showed an alive hen in a pie. She knits incessantly, and despite being mentally challenged, she pulls her weight and can be helpful in many situations.
