When Bad Juju was the villain of the Air Element, she was seen in the Lair of the Golden Queen level where the Skylanders fought her as they were going to Golden Queen's throne room. The Skylanders managed to defeat her in battle, and she was captured in a Traptanium trap of the Air element.

Bad Juju later appears as one of the non-playable characters in the Villain Air races.
Skylanders: Imaginators[]
Two years after her capture, Bad Juju was hired by Master Eon as one of the Skylander villain sensei, and began teaching the skills of the Swashbuckler class to the Imaginators. And while teaching the skills of the Swashbuckler class and fighting Kaos, she has a boy named Juju Junior to help her in the fight.
