Bail Prestor Organa is a minor character in LEGO Star Wars.
Bail was an Alderaanian politician and revolutionary leader who was one of the founding members of the Alliance to Restore the Republic. During the final years of the Galactic Republic, Organa represented his homeworld of Alderaan in the Galactic Senate, and in this role was a prominent and outspoken advocate for peace and democracy amid the Clone Wars. Following the rise of the Galactic Empire and the end of the war, Organa maintained his position in what became the Imperial Senate, but secretly began organizing resistance movements to combat the fascist order. Organa became an architect of an initial rebellion against the Empire, believing that the Empire could be destroyed and democracy would reign in the galaxy once again.
He was voiced by Andrew Francis who voices Commander Cody and Cad Bane in the Yoda Chronicles and Droid Tales series, Cole and Harumi (when she was the Kabuki Mask) in Ninjago and Shining Armor in My Little Pony: Frienship is Magic. Later he was voiced by Phil LaMarr (since The Padawan Menace to The Skywalker Saga)

Bail is very loyal to the Galactic Senate, he is someone calm and sophisticated, even when erasing C-3PO's memory and turning him into a brave droid, he becomes a total coward while hiding from Darth Vader, Darth Sidious and his royal guards and the Stormtroopers of the 501st Legion.

When C-3P0 and R2-D2 led the Padawans and Ian to the Galactic Senate of the Galactic Republic, he is seen when he believes that the Chancellor Palpatine is a Sith Lord while seen hooded.

Crisis on Coruscant[]
C-3PO begins with the story of how R2-D2 foiled the plans of General Grievous and Count Dooku to obtain the Galactic Republic's battle plans for Coruscant. Darth Sidious passes the secret plans to Grievous, who is soon ambushed by Obi-Wan Kenobi and several clone troopers. Grievous' ship is destroyed, but he manages to seize Senator Bail Organa's ship. C-3PO, who was preparing food in the ship's galley, finds himself an unwilling passenger.

Episode IV: Escape from the Jedi Temple[]
Yoda is dismayed to learn that Kenobi had neglected to evacuate the holocrons from the Temple during their flight. He emphasizes that they need the holocrons to train Luke and instructs Senator Bail Prestor Organa and Kenobi to meet him on Kashyyyk. Before leaving, Kenobi flees a horde of bantha-mounted Tusken Raiders by commandeering Jabba's sail barge.
On Kashyyyk, the Jedi and Senator Organa meet. While Organa warns against exposing themselves to the Sith, Yoda is determined to retrieve the holocrons to begin training Luke. Organa is also accompanied by the gun-toting C-3PO and R2-D2, the former of whom exhibits a macho attitude. The Jedi and Organa are also supported by a strike team consisting of the surviving Padawans, the Force-sensitive clone trooper Jek-14 and the Ithorian Jedi Knight Noga-ta, a former classmate of Kenobi.
Against Senator Organa's advice, 3PO fights the 501st Legion, attracting the attention of the Emperor and Darth Vader. 3PO manages to knock out several members of the Emperor's Royal Guard by bringing down several statues on them.
Elsewhere, C-3PO confronts Darth Vader only to lose his bravado when Vader tells him he is just a protocol droid. Vader quickly realizes that the Jedi are after the holocrons and rushes to deal with them. 3PO and Organa flee from Palpatine and his Royal Guards. Vader catches the Padawans and Jek-14 before they can pick up the last of the holocrons on the shelf. Vader uses the Force to rip off Jek-14's arm and Force-strangles his old friend Noga-ta before throwing him to the ground.
Vader is about to shoot down the fleeing Jedi ships when Senator Organa and 3PO turn their starship into the TIE fighters. Vader descends into orbit of Coruscant as the Jedi celebrate their victory and thank C-3PO and Bail Organa for saving the day. 3PO begs Bail not to do another memory wipe. Kenobi buries the holocrons beneath the sands of Tatooine and turns the skeleton of a krayt dragon into a landmark. Returning to the present, Yoda muses on the importance of helping young Jedi by staying out of their way. He then tells Kenobi's Force ghost to tell Luke about the holocrons.
Fate[]
It's presumed that Bail perished in the destruction of Alderaan by the Death Star, as Wick Cooper jokes at one point about all Alderaaneans getting blown up, which enrages Leia.
