Bakko is a supporting character in the science fantasy action manga and anime series Kaiju No. 8. He is a white tiger who is in practice a kaiju working as a member of the Defence Force and is owned by their Third Division Captain Mina Ashiro
Appearance[]
Bakko has the appearance of a regular large adult Asian white tiger with black spots, unlike other kaijus, who are monstrous, gigantic, and have gasting appearances, resembling almost nothing to regular animals in the wild.
Personality[]
Bakko is a aggressive toward other kaijus and is loyal toward the Defence Force, specifically to his owner, Ashiro.
Biography[]
The Man Who Became a Kaiju Arc[]
Bakko makes his first appearance when he arrived by saving Kafka Hibino and Leno Ichikawa from the hands of a kaiju just in time before the monster is taken down by Ashiro. He is later seen, a few hours later, when a new kaiju has been reportedly been spotted, causing commotion at the hospital, where Kafka and Leno were recovering in following the earlier incident against the Kaiju.

Powers and Abilities[]
- Superhuman Prowess: Despite his smaller size compared to other kaiju's, Bakko is very helpful at contributing in Ashiro's fight against kaiju's, capable of handling larger monsters by restraining them with his jaw and is shown to be rather rapid, agile, and has great reflexes.
- Regeneration: As a kaiju, Bakko has the impressive ability to regenerate the most unusual part of his body, seemingly surpassing some typical kaijus who appeared in the series, such as growing back a limb that he lost from Kaiju No.9 and even recovered from a hole in his torso.
