Balloon Boy is a major Protagonist in POPGOES Arcade, he functions as Popgoes's ally after he's freed from Freddy's control.
Background[]
Balloon Boy was a servant for Freddy, one day the virus got a hold of him turning him into a zombie-like figure. Balloon Boy had fought Popgoes in an attempt to kill him due to the virus's influence. After their fight Balloon Boy would no longer be until the control of the virus.
Later on Balloon Boy is seen next to shops and will offer Popgoes quest also known as "Balloon Boy's hit-list". Balloon Boy will give Popgoes coins for completing his quest after clearing out a forest.
