Ban You is a central character and major supporting character in the historical seinen anime and manga series, Kingdom. He is the Adjutant and First Lieutenant of the Gyoku Hou Army as he serves as the right-hand man of the elite army since their days as a 100-Man Unit and has been a vessel of the Ou Family’s Main Branch for decades. He is also Ou Hon’s former teacher, being assigned his personal guardian by his father, Ou Sen and would be the one to teach Ou Hon everything there is about military tactics and strategical theories and guided his early days of training in Qiang style martial arts.
