Bandage Girl, formerly known as Band-aid Girl, is the deuteragonist of the Super Meat Boy franchise.
As her name suggests, She is a skinned human that is covered with band-aids all over her body similar to Meat Boy. She was in a romantic relationship with the titular character and is basically a portrayed as a former damsel in distress, being captured by her arch-nemesis Dr. Fetus. When appearing on the sequel, She is now a freedom fighter and is now protecting Nugget from danger, no matter big or small, human or animal.
She is voiced by Melinda Hershey in The Power of Meat.

Bandage girl appears in the intro of the game regenerating. She loves meat boy as much as He does for Bandage girl. Bandage Girl and Meat Boy sees Dr. Fetus, staring angrily at them. Bandage Girl witnesses her precious Meat Boy getting beat up by Dr. Fetus. She gets captured by Dr. Fetus in their adventure of plotting and planning.
Super Meat Boy[]
In the intro of the Forest, Bandage girl and Meat Boy are seen hugging each other. Bandage Girl gets punched in the face as Meat Boy witnesses seeing it this way.
In the rest of scenes on the levels, Bandage Girl is seen getting near, but is getting taken, beat up and abused by Dr. Fetus. In the Lil' Slugger post-boss, She is tied to Dr. Fetus' Monstrous creation, Lil' Slugger, not being freed until The robot is manipulated into chasing the titular character. Dr. Fetus retreated to the hospital with Bandage Girl while non-stop being held captive.
