During the beginning of the film she is very annoyed with Ted's behavior and his attitude towards Lucy. When Ted tries to leave, Barb stops him, claiming that she knows who his biological father is. Barb is the deuteragonist of the 2002 Disney Comedy Snow Dogs. She is Ted Brooks' love interest and later wife who helps him overcome the alaskan wilderness. She was also very close to the former's biological mother Lucy Watkins.
