Belo Betty is one of the major characters of One Piece. She is one of the high executives and current commander in the East Army of the Revolutionary Army (after Ginny's death).
She is voiced by Yuko Kaida in Japanese and Kristi Rothrock in English.
Overview[]
Belo Betty is the commander of East Army and the one of the five high executives of the Revolutionary Army (along with Karasu, Morley, Lindbergh and Emporio Ivankov). She and the other three commanders fought and defeated the Peachbeard Pirates (who are the subordinate crew under the Blackbeard pirates) at the Lulusia Kingdom.
After relocated to Momoiro Island, she attended in a meeting with Monkey D. Dragon (the father of the protagonist, Monkey D. Luffy) of their intentions of overthrowing the Celestial Dragons.
After Sabo and the Lulusia Kingdom residents reached to Momoiro, Betty recognized the citizens and comforted them by enlisting them into the Revolutionary Army.
She has a bounty worth 457,000,000 berries.
Appearance[]
Betty is a tall woman with a short purple hair and teal eyes.
She wears a red top hat with red goggles, a pair of red curled horns on the front, and a long and puffy white plume on the back. She wears a red tie and her torso is barely covered, as she leaves her cropped red jacket with pink outlines open. She has red and white striped stockings under her red thigh-high boots. Her frilly red skirt is short on the front and long at the back. She also carries around a large flag with the Revolutionary Army's symbol on it.
Personality[]
Betty treats the people she helps very rudely, insulting them and only referring to them with degrading terms. Despite this attitude, her intention is still to recruit them into the Revolutionary Army by encouraging them to make their own choices. She believes that committing heroic actions is a decision one makes for themselves. When the people of Lulusia Kingdom took up arms and fought, she broke her normal attitude briefly to commend them on their actions. Despite her rude and disrespectful attitude, she does share with her fellow executives the same feelings of mercy and a desire to help those who are in trouble. Also, she does show respect and appreciation to those who stand to fight their own enemies and troubles, as she warmly smiled and proudly praised the people of Lulusia Kingdom for standing up and fighting the Peachbeard Pirates. She also treated Morley by calling her as a "Potato Giant" when the Peachbeard Pirates has a crush on her, much of Morley's disgust.
Abilities and Powers[]
As one of the commanders of the Revolutionary Army, Betty has the authority over the East Army. The World Government has given her a bounty of 457,000,000 proving that she is a significant threat to their operations.
Betty is an extremely charismatic orator. With her Devil Fruit powers, she inspires numerous people to fight. Morley called Betty the flag bearer of freedom for her skills.

Betty ate a Paramecia Devil Fruit Kobu Kobu no Mi (Pump-Pump Fruit). She has the power to rally and encourage people around her to fight. She also has the ability to increase physical strength of the people around as shown the Lulusia Kingdom's citizens has defeated the Peachbeard Pirates.
