Bennett is the supporting character of the 2020 Chinese action role-playing video game, Genshin Impact. He's one of the elder Adventure Guild members of Benny's Adventure Team to become the best team; however, others left his party without anyone accepted, so he tried to join the team and discover all the dungeon and puzzles to become the greatest adventure in Mondstadt. In the past, he was an orphan from Natlan after his biological parents were killed during the Abyss attack led by Gosoythoth. Due to his disconnection from the Nightsoul network after his adoption, he seems to suffer from some bad luck for a very long time.
He is voiced by Mu Xueting in Chinese, Song Ha-rim in Korean, Cristina Vee in English, and Ryota Osaka in Japanese. Ryota also voiced Ikki Kurogane in Chivalry of the Failed Knight, Ryuu Yamada in Yamada-kun and the 7 Witches, Cat Noir in the Japanese dub of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir and Staz Charlie Blood in Blood Lad. Cristina also voiced Xingqiu in the same series, Killua Zoldyck in Hunter x Hunter, Hawk in The Seven Deadly Sins, Darkness in Konosuba: God's Blessing on this Wonderful World!, Sakura Matou in Fate series, Homura Akemi in Puella Magi Madoka Magica, and Viola in One Piece.
Appearance[]
Bennett is a 16-year-old boy who wants to be the best Adventurer's Guild member. He has white hair, pale skin, and green eyes. He wears a rusty google on top of the head, a scarf on his left shoulder that seems to get injured when he got bad luck, a cream sleeveless jacket, blue cuffed navy shorts, leather belt, a yellow bandana tied a right arm, and blue shoes with a golden symbol.
Personality and Synopsis[]
Bennett is the excited and brave young boy explore everything in Mondstadt, but he's so unlucky that he is failing with the puzzle, raining, eating the bad food, and including trapping with the cage. Traveler and Paimon meet Bennett wanted to join the team and the Traveler accept the quest, they explore the dungeon to finding the treasure before they can solve the puzzle. Finally, they have found the treasure that he is the lucky day in the world that he is happy including traveler and Bennett return to adventure guild. In the event, He hangs out with Razor with the best friends in wind festival event and he discover in the mountain to hang out and help with Albedo, Eula Lawrence and Amber.
Abilities and Power[]
- Pyrokinesis: Being an Allogene, Bennett bestows pyrokinetic abilities thanks to his Pyro Vision:
- Passion Overload: Bennett uses the sword to burst out with the fire, however he launches in the air in level one, and even he triggers the flame sword to massive combo and huge explode get tons damage, but he falls backward.
- Fantastic Voyage: Bennett punch to the ground can the huge circle with big thumb up, but he can use healing increase 100% and even the damage boost with basic attack.
Weakness[]
- Terrible luck: Despite being a Vision Holder, Bennett's famous trait is his curse of extraordinary tempting fate. He often gets into unlucky situations such as getting trapped in a Domain, a pebble falling to his head, or meeting a rare sandstorm. His bad luck is contagious to the point other adventurers he embarked with met the same fate. This is seemed to be caused by his disconnection from the Night Kingdom and the Wayob as he was born in Natlan and was removed from said region when he was adopted.

- Bennett's name is likely attributed from the "Bennett's fracture", a broken finger of a thumb. He is often seen doing a thumbs-up gesture.
- Bennett is the most popular healer and 4-star Pyro applier.
- Bennett name of meaning is Blessed, which is somehow ironic considering his terrible luck.
- Bennett is the Honorable mentions in "Top 10 Strongest Characters in Genshin Impact" on WatchMojo.
- Bennett's constellation "Rota Calamitas" is Latin for "Wheel of Misfortune".
- "Scene 182376" (=365×500-124) implies the fact that a leap year is one day less than a common year in Teyvat, thus Bennett has no birthday to spend as it is the there-nonexistent February 29.
- In common years, he sends his birthday Email on February 28.
- Bennett is supposed to be Natlanese as he was found in Mare Jivari (affirmed by his character story and Venti's poem to Bennett).
- If so, he would be the first overseas Natlanese since Vanessa's death.
- He shares white hair, green eyes and white tattoos with Iansan, a native Natlanese, and also has Bursts that increase the ATK of allies, thus he is guessed as her sibling or cousin, related to but the Collective of Plenty.
- This is proven to be partially correct as of 5.8 since Bennett's biological father Macani hails from the Collective of Plenty, though he is not directly related to Iansan.
