Beowulf is the titular main protagonist of the epic poem of the same name, and its 2007 film adaptation. He is famous for slaying the monster Grendel, which was terrorizing the hall of Hrothgar, King of the Geats.

He was played by Ray Winstone.

Beowulf is a well-built man with a knight armor. He has shaggy hair and ragged beard. He is at his 50's.

History[]

Beowulf is a strong warrior who is said to have killed many monsters during his lifetime. Beowulf sails to Denmark and rids the king of the monster by fighting and killing it with his bare hands. In the second part, Grendel's mother comes to take revenge for the death of her son. Beowulf descends to her underwater lair to slay her. The third part takes place many years later, Beowulf has become king of his people, the Geats. The Geats have lived in relative peace for fifty years, because no The elderly Beowulf fights the dragon and kills it but dies of his wounds soon afterwards.
