Biff Buzzard

Biff Buzzard is Buzz Blister’s partner and a major character in Tom and Jerry movies Tom and Jerry: The Fast and the Furry and Tom and Jerry: Blast Off to Mars.

He was voiced by Billy West.

Tom and Jerry: Blast Off to Mars

Biff first appears with Buzz when they take the stage at the space station as they have been chosen as astronauts for the long-awaited mission to Mars. When Buzz tries to make a speech, the curtain collapses behind them with Tom and Jerry emerging from under the curtain covered in green paint. They mistake them for aliens and Buzz and Biff hide behind Dr. Gluckman.

In this film the two argue a lot, although Biff is traumatized when Buzz is incinerated by aliens, and is happy later when he is revived.

Tom and Jerry: The Fast and the Furry

In this movie, Buzz and Biff get along completely and we see that they have abandoned their jobs as astronauts and become the reports of J.W.'s super race.
