Bill is the main protagonist of Sitting Ducks. He is best friends with Aldo.
He is voiced by Ian James Corlett, who also voiced Mega Man and Rush in the English version of Ruby-Spears Mega Man series.
History[]
In the first episode of Season 1 ("Running Duck"), Aldo was behind the window, watching him in the Decoy Café. And when he was going home, Aldo was following him and chases him until he was in a dead end. Bill got away with it and Aldo got a toothache. So Bill took Aldo to Cecil's office, where Cecil pulled out Aldo's aching tooth, and Aldo and Bill became good friends after that. Bill lives in an apartment next to Ed, Oly and Waddle. Whenever Bill is not looking, Ed, Oly and Waddle sneak into Bill’s apartment and trying to get his food. Bull has a crush on Bev and loves to play the bongos.
