Bill the Bug is a bright yellow insect who appeared as (former) secondary antagonist turned anti-hero in The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland. He was Huxley's assistant to carry out his orders and enjoyed his mistreatment to Elmo until he showed up in Huxley's castle. He swapped friends from Huxley to Elmo as he wanted the blanket back that accidentally went to Grouchland. When Huxley was going to change his mind on what incidents he caused to make Elmo and the grouches upset, Bug rejects his apologies when he is being selfish and not letting them have their stuff back.
He was voiced by Joey Mazzarino.
Bill reappeared on Sesame Street's episode "Good Bye Elmo, Hello Jelmo" and on Panwapa Island.
