Bimbo is the deuteragonist of Betty Boop series, originally called Talkartoons. He was the initial star of the series, but became a supporting character after his love interest, Betty Boop become popular and being given her own series. He continued appearing until 1933 when he dissapppeared from the cartoons due to the Hays Office objecting implications of an anthropomorphic dog dating a human girlfriend being considered too risqué.

Bimbo is an anthropomorphic black-and-white dog. He wears a sweater, gloves and shoes.
