The Black Eagles are one of the three main houses (alongside the Blue Lions and the Golden Deer) within the Fódlan Saga of Nintendo's Fire Emblem franchise.

The Black Eagles are a house of students from the Adrestian Empire, led by Princess Edelgard von Hresvelg, the future emperor of the empire. The house is known for favoring the use of axes and black magic. In the War Phase of Three Houses and Three Hopes, they are referred to as the Black Eagle Strike Force.

In Fire Emblem: Three Houses, they are the main protagonists of both the Crimson Flower and Silver Snow routes. In Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, they are the main protagonists of the Scarlet Blaze route.

Edelgard von Hresvelg: The ambitious and determined leader of the Black Eagles, and the princess and heir of the Adrestian Empire.
Byleth Eisner (player-determinant): The renowned Ashen Demon who can potentially serve as the teacher of the Black Eagles. In the War Phase, they can serve as Edelgard's right-hand man, guiding her to the right path.
Hubert von Vestra: The cold and detached but loyal servant of Edelgard, who is the heir to House Vestra. While he is a sinister and apathetic individual, he has honorable motivates and seeks to aid Edelgard to accomplish her dreams.
Ferdinand von Aegir: The noble but prideful heir to House Aegir, and the son of Duke Ludwig von Aegir. The man is very proud of his noble status and his house, and strives to be Edelgard's superior.

Caspar von Bergliez: The hothead and stubborn heir to House Bergliez, and son of Count Leopold von Bergliez. He tends to act first and recklessly, but possess a good heart for his actions. He is also the best friend of Linhardt von Hevring.
Linhardt von Hevring: The lazy and carefree heir of House Hevring, and son of Count Waldemar von Hevring. While he is a smart individual with a keen interest in Crests, he's incredibly lazy and tends to nap a lot. He is also the best friend of Caspar von Bergliez.
