Black Rose is a supporting character in Netflix TV Show Sonic Prime. She is a pink anthropomorphic hedgehog who is the No Place counterpart of Amy Rose.
She is voiced by Shannon Chan-Kent and in Japanese by Taeko Kawata, like her original counterpart.
Appearance[]
Black Rose is almost identical to her real-life counterpart: an anthropomorphic pink female hedgehog with pale green eyes, peach skin on her muzzle, inner ears, and arms. She has a small black nose and triangular ears on top of her head and no backbone. She has medium length eyebrows over her eyes and five short head feathers pointing downwards, somewhat resembling a bob cut. She also has three spikes for bangs on her head and a short, pointed tail.
She wears a dark brown bandana covering her right ear, black gloves with yellow rings, similarly colored shoes and vest, a white hose, pink pants with red stripes. She has a gold trim waistcoat and boots with red fibers.
Powers and Abilities[]
Black Rose is capable of sword combat and utilizing cannons.
Personality[]
Like the other pirates in her crew, Black Rose speaks pirate lingo and enjoys piracy. She loves pirate stories, especially telling them, and is always eager to tell the story of Dread's first attempt to recover the Blue Prism Shard, and she hates to be interrupted, but despite this she is very optimistic and often cheerful. She even briefly attempted to hold a cheery outlook as the angel's journey began to sink. She also has a great sense of loyalty to her captain and her friends, although her loyalty to her has limits, and she will request that another crew member be made captain if they prove a superior leader.
