Blackfire (real name Komand'r or formally known as Queen Komand'r), is a redeemed supervillainess in Arrowverse's TV Show, Titans. She is the younger sister of Starfire, the love interest of Superboy, and a former member of the Titans. Blackfire served as minor antagonist of the second season and later redeemed herself and became a major protagonist of the third season after her redemption.
She is played by Damaris Lewis.
History[]
Early Life[]
Unlike her origins in the original DC Comics, Komand'r (also known as Blackfire) was born as the second daughter of the royal family. Similar to the other Tamaraneans of her lineage, she held the ability of fire. Preceding her birth, her father Myand'r, the King of Tamaran demanded that Komand'r's older sister Koriand'r (also known as Starfire) should have been born with the ability of fire and as well as the next queen of their home planet. For deception, he called in a priestress to transfer Blackfire's ability of fire to Starfire.
Because of this situation, Komand'r and Koriand'r grew up having an unfair sisterly relationship. As sisters, they were both raised by the royal family and lived their lives in Tamaran. Differently, Blackfire didn't get any adoration by her people, had social issues, and was oftenly teased by Starfire.
Without being noticed, her ability of fire was secretly moved away from her in order to start an absorpation which made her under Koriand'r life.
Physical Appearance[]
Blackfire's appearance is a tall alien woman who is 5ft 10in tall with black skin and a big alien armor. Her alien armor with the waist, shoulders to arms, the chest, and legs to feet colored as dark silver gray and is covered by metal. The rest of her outfit has its colors gradated from blue to black. She also has a hair style of many small braided pieces of hair wrapped up as a ponytail on the top of her head. Lastly, her shoes is a pair of metal dark silver gray colored tall dress boots.

- In the original DC Comics, Blackfire is the eldest child of the royal family and as well as the older sister of Starfire.
- In the original DC Comics, she and Starfire have a younger brother named Wildfire.
- Unlike her appearances in comics and animated TV Shows/films, her relationship with Starfire is very close in Titans.
- Her romance with Conner makes sense from a writer's point of view; he's half Kryptonian and thus can physically match her. Ensuring that Blackfire doesn't have to hold back much while they're in the middle of passion.
- When Conner told Blackfire that she was his first lover and the person whom he gave his virginity to, she felt flattered. She had never been the first choice for anything.
