Blotch is a bullfrog and the secondary tritagonist in Kermit's Swamp Years. His first appearance was Kermit's Swamp Years and he was known to be the tertiary antagonist and a bully to Kermit and his friends, but later close to the end of the movie he started to be more of a friend than a bully.

He is a brownish bullfrog with yellow polka-dots. He also has a low pitch voice.
